| BIOGRAPHIE |
Side by Side est un groupe de Hardcore-Punk formé à New-York. Créé par Jules (chant), Alex Brown (guitare) et Sammy Siegler (batterie). Le chanteur Jules joue d'abord dans Alone in a Crowd avant de jouer dans Side by Side. En 1988, sort sur le label "Revelation Records" l'Ep You're Only Young Once de 7 titres et un disque pas trop rapide, mais puissance un peu à la Youth of Today. Ce disque fait parti des 10 premiers disques réalisés par Revelation Records et sera re-masterisé en 1992 sur le label "Lost & Found Records" et inclura le 7 titres + 3 morceaux enregistré à la même époque + un live enregistré au CBGB. Alex a bossé pour le fanzine "Schism" et continue de faire de la guitare. Sammy Siegler a quant à lui continué dans des groupes comme Youth of Today, Project X, Gorilla Biscuits, Rival Schools, Judge et CIV. Leur influence continue de nos jours, il y a toujours de nombreux jeunes qui ont Side by Side comme groupe préféré.
